Companies used to give more attention to the core activities and the contribution of the employees and their productivity from their skills. However, times have changed, and they have to pay a lot of attention on their health, work-life balance and happiness. This is because they have discovered that these elements contributes a lot to the productivity of the employee. Behavior assessments are undertaken from the entry point and in between, and these are the advantages that are realized from that.

This activity is essential at the hiring stage as it helps to reveal the true identity of the worker.
