Thus, a good manager is one who has done all their homework and they know just exactly what the consumers want and need.

You also need a person with high instinct. Instead of depending on market research, you need a person, who can think on their own and come up with an assortment of great ideas to further boost merchandise development as well as promotion.

For a produce to hit the market, it is going to need all the development available; thus, the importance of hiring a competent person.
